Once payment has been made and confirmed received, an email to provide access to your GMCC Lite account will be sent. To expedite, please email a screen shot of the payment made to [email protected]
Another following email from [email protected] will be sent to provide instructions on how to set up your site via GMCC Lite.
Any and all feedback on GMCC Lite will be greatly appreciated. This is an ongoing project designed for you, the MLO, to make this access your one stop all for programs and marketing.
FNMA Guidelines and AI Programs

This will require a paid subscription to ChatGPT to access GMCC’s exclusive GPT link.
Access to the GMCC GPTs will require LOs to email [email protected] to acquire GMCC internal account. This will need management approval first before access can be provided to the LOs.
The purpose of the GMCC GPT AI is to support and assist in various tasks related to mortgage programs, loan applications, and qualification processes. I provide detailed information about specific mortgage programs, explain requirements, and guide LOs on how to qualify loans. Additionally, I offer access to essential resources and documents, ensure compliance and accuracy, and support training and development. The goal is to streamline the loan application process, empower LOs with accurate information, and help close more deals successfully.

Authorized access for this AI program is provided for all GMCC MLOs using their GMCC emails.
This program’s purpose is to help with various aspects of mortgage programs, loan applications, and qualification processes. It provides detailed information about specific mortgage programs, explain their requirements, and guide Loan Officers on qualifying loans.

This serves the same function as the GMCC GPT AI without the paid subscription necessary.
The AI is still being updated with feedback and knowledge from GMCC’s programs, guidelines, and scenarios.
